David A. Reichard is Professor Emeritus of History and Legal Studies, CSU Monterey Bay. Alongside their service on the board, David actively contributes to the community as a volunteer with Monterey Peninsula Pride, supporting visibility, inclusion, and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. He also volunteers with the Archives and Special Collections at the CSU Monterey Bay Library, where they help preserve and share the region’s diverse histories. Through this work, David brings a passion for equity, community engagement, and the preservation of voices and stories that shape our collective future.
